Activation Timeline

Your email account(s) will be activated within the next 24 hours for services inside the EU. In other locations, the delivery time can be up to 48 hours. Please note that this activation period allows us to set up your service securely and efficiently.

For a complete email server, the activation time can be up to 5 working days depending on hardware and software setup, domain propagation time, and location.

Next Steps

Once your service is activated, you will receive a separate email containing detailed instructions on how to access and utilize your service. This email will include all necessary information to get started, including login credentials and any additional setup steps depending on whether you use one of our domains or your own.
